		<description>The line of reasoning put forward by Satya and Rajesh is highly rational. I would just like to add one thing. The whole issue is also a ploy to divide the society on the basis of caste and to send 'sympathetic signal' to those corners of the country where peoples' war has already reached a much higher phase. This time the advanced detachment of the country will not be fooled so easily.</description>
